I’m Karmen, a social media strategist and founder of Kj Management - with a strong passion for women’s health and a mission to get the industry the visibility it deserves.

After my own healing journey with PCOS and holistic health, I knew I wanted to help wellness-focused brands grow online to reach people that need their expertise.
