I’m Karmen, I’m from Estonia and I’m the founder & CEO of Kj Management. My journey with social media began back in 2021 during my days as a real estate agent. After promoting my listings successfully on social platforms, I discovered my true passion - social media management. 

Before stepping into social media and real estate, hospitality shaped my professional journey. While completing my studies in hospitality, I spent over five years gaining experience in boutique hotels and top restaurants across different countries. This experience taught me the importance of creating meaningful connections, delivering exceptional service, and telling a brand’s story through unforgettable experience - skills I now bring to social media management.

Today, with over 3 years of experience in social media, I specialize in helping businesses in the hospitality industry grow their brand and drive more bookings. Working closely with clients, my core values are authenticity and growth, I strongly believe in showing up as my true self for my clients, my team, my business, and everyone around me.

I’ve always desired to run my own business and starting this company has been a challenging yet incredibly rewarding journey. There’s no manual for building a business from the ground up, but it has grown into something meaningful and I would do it all over again in a heartbeat. The opportunity to work with such amazing clients from all around the world and seeing the impact I make on their businesses, is something that lights up my soul. Every client has a unique story and deserves a personal apporach.

Anette Sarv | Social Media Manager & Business Partner

Hi there, I'm Anette!

I’m thrilled to be part of Kj Management, where I get to combine my passion for hospitality with the world of social media. 

I’m originally from Estonia, however, with a Bachelor's in International Hotel Management, I’ve had an amazing opportunity to experience world-class hospitality environments around the world. I’ve navigated diverse settings from luxurious 5-star hotels to seaside resorts across the Caribbean, Bali, Bangkok, Estonia and the Netherlands. Each experience, whether through work or study, has deepened my understanding of the industry and helped me shape the professional I am today.

My journey into social media management came naturally. Having experienced the demands of the hospitality industry, I understand how much effort goes into day-to-day operations, leaving very little room for social media marketing. Recognizing this gap, I transitioned from Operations Management to social media. I realized that this was where I could really make a difference - by helping businesses thrive behind the scenes and letting them focus on what they do best. 

My approach to client relationships is personal, I take the time to understand each client’s vision, creating strategies that resonate with their brand and goals. For me, it's about genuine relationships and delivering real results that truly matter, as we work together toward shared success.

In 2024, I partnered with Karmen to bring my expertise to Kj Management. The hospitality industry is close to my heart, and through Kj Management, I’m able to channel my passion into helping hospitality businesses reach their full potential. I’m excited to continue adding value to this sector alongside Kj Management.
